This Privacy Policy explains what information the Bhagyam Results Android app
(package com.bhagyam.results) handles, why, and what choices you have. By installing or
using the app you agree to this policy.
1. Short summary
- You do not need an account. We never ask for your name, email, phone number or address.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- The app uses Google services for push notifications and for showing ads. These use device identifiers, described below.
- Ticket numbers you type or scan are used only to look up that draw's result. They are not linked to you.
- All network traffic uses encrypted HTTPS connections.
2. Information the app handles

3. Permissions the app requests
- Internet / network state — to download results from our server.
- Camera — only while you have the ticket scanner open. Images stay on your device.
- Notifications — only if you turn on live result alerts. You can refuse or revoke this at any time in Android settings, and the rest of the app keeps working.
4. Third-party services
The app includes software from Google, which may process device identifiers as described above:

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time under Settings → Google → Ads on your Android device, which also lets you opt out of personalised advertising.
5. How long data is kept
Push notification tokens are kept for as long as the app is installed and alerts are switched on. Uninstalling the app, or turning alerts off, stops further use of the token and it expires. Ticket lookups are not retained against any user profile. Settings stored on your device are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
6. Your choices
- Turn Live result alerts off in the app menu, or revoke the notification permission in Android settings.
- Deny or revoke the camera permission — you can still check tickets by typing the number.
- Reset or delete your Advertising ID, and opt out of ad personalisation, in your Android settings.
- Uninstall the app to stop all data handling and clear everything stored on your device.
Because the app has no account system, there is no stored profile for us to look up or delete on request. If you have a question about data handling, contact us using the details below.
7. Children
Bhagyam Results is not directed at children. It is intended for users aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Security
All communication between the app and our servers uses encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical measures to protect the limited data the app handles.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
